Following recently released Peugeot 208 teaser and the speculative journo controversy that followed with reports on all-new Peugeot 208 GTi introduction proved to be correct after Peugeot released more details with complete images of its upcoming 208 GTi concept that Peugeot will introduce at the Geneva International Motor Show this March. Under its concept guise the 208 GTi is powered by 147kW 1.6L four-cylinder engine with 275Nm of torque and six-speed manual transmission. Exterior highlights includes LED featured revised front and rear fascias that adds muscularity over the standard 208 version, side skirts, roof mounted spoilers, GTi badging and 18″alloys. Big ticketed items for the interior includes Alcantara featured dashboard lining, oversized touch screen colour display and double stitched leather buckets (seats). Red and chrome highlights add finishing touches to already quite impressive interior design. Peugeot 208GTi Concept will be officially unveiled on 6th of March 2012 at the Geneva International Motor Show followed by first production version to be rolling of the production line towards the end of this year.
